meetings will take place at the pre-arranged venue as
below and will start with a meal unless otherwise
specified. The format of each meeting may vary depending
on its function as decided by the Chairman.

Business Meetings |
Business meetings are held every 5th Thursday. Emergency meeting can be held provided two weeks notice in writing is given to each Table member. |
